It has 20 rooms with 96 beds, a modern kitchen, a restaurant, a reception desk with the lobby, an infirmary (together with the canteen), a conference hall, a classroom, a TV room, an open terrace, sports playgrounds and children's playgrounds, a footpath...

The Home is situated on the hills, which are the end of the Carpathian slopes. With all its characteristics, it is convenient for recreation, hiking and rest. It is located 346m from the sea level, with the exceptional climate, which ranks the hills in the group of air spas, with the combination of 17 kinds of winds (called ''the rose of winds'').
